What the service does, who sees what, and what must not be done in it.

This is an information translation. The binding text is the Russian one at pominutam.ru/terms; where the two differ, the Russian text prevails.

This document describes what the “Po minutam” service does, where the limits of its work lie, and what must not be done in it. The terms of access and payment are separate, in the public offer; what the service keeps about people is in the Privacy Policy.

1. What the service does

The organiser breaks a meeting into stages with planned durations, marks their start and finish while it runs, and participants and the room see on their own screens what is on now and how much is left. After the meeting a report is assembled: plan, fact and drift for every stage, plus a CSV export.

The service is a timing instrument. It does not organise the meeting, does not host it, and does not check what happens in it.

2. Who sees what

  • The board opens by a link. The participant and host PINs, and the hall screen key, guard against wandering in by accident and are not a means of protecting information: anyone holding a link or a PIN will see the board.
  • The stage script is visible to everyone holding a board link. There is no per-role filtering in the service: the script travels in the board payload in full. Do not write into a script anything you are not ready to show the room.
  • Photos are served from a direct link with no access check. The address is not guessable, but whoever has it opens the photo without signing in.

Links are handed out by the organiser, and the decision about what to put into an event and whom to give access to is theirs.

3. What must not be done

  • Putting into programmes, stage scripts, notes and comments anything whose distribution is prohibited by the law of the Russian Federation, as well as insults, threats and calls to violence.
  • Entering personal data of people without a lawful ground for it — see section 4.
  • Passing yourself off as another person when entering a board or using a participant's personal link.
  • Guessing PINs, personal links and hall screen keys; addressing the service by automated means beyond ordinary use; creating excessive load; attempting to reach other people's events and data.
  • Probing the service for vulnerabilities, interfering with its operation, circumventing access controls and limits.
  • Reselling access to the service or passing it off as your own product.

Breaking these rules may lead to access being suspended and the account closed. The organiser is notified of this by a letter to the account address.

4. Responsibility for content and for participants' data

4.1. The organiser answers for the content of an event. The programme, stage scripts, notes, comments and checklists are their text; the service neither reviews nor edits it.

4.2. The organiser answers for participants' data. Names, short names, role captions and photos of participants are entered by them, which means they dispose of third-party data. They must have a lawful ground for it and must tell the participants about the processing. Under the personal data law the organiser is the controller and the service is a processor on their instruction; the instruction is written down in section 8 of the offer.

4.3. A participant can remove what they supplied by pressing “that's me”: profile, “Where I take part”, “unlink”. Everything the organiser typed is deleted by the organiser.

4.4. An account can be shared: people working in one account see its events, its programmes and its list of people. By inviting someone into the account the organiser opens all of that to them.

5. The service “as is”

5.1. The service is provided “as is”. Uninterrupted operation is not warranted: updates, failures and downtime happen.

5.2. The service is not answerable for how a meeting went — it shows the time, and the decisions during the meeting are made by people.

5.3. The limits of liability and the refund terms for a board that did not work at an event are in the offer, sections 7 and 10.

5.4. The service may change the set of features. Changes that take features away are announced to the organiser by a letter to the account address.
